Shipping and Returns
Shipping:
The shipping on our sculptures and cake toppers usually cost anywhere from $4.00-$30.00 depending on the size and weight of the item. Most sculptures and cake toppers are shipped within 1-3 business days.
Returns:
If you are not satisfied with your sculpture or cake topper you can return it for a refund minus the cost of shipping. Custom orders will only be partially refunded. Used cake toppers will not be given a refund. Orders must be returned within 30 days from the time they arrive.
If a sculpture or cake topper is damaged upon arrival please Contact Us. We will either send a replacement, repair it, or give you a refund depending on the circumstances.
Rental Returns:
All rentals must be returned by the date listed on the invoice. A $3 late fee will be charged for every day they arrive late. If you need the rental for longer be sure to let us know so we can extend the deadline. |
