How Long Do Custom Orders Take?
The amount of time a custom order takes depends on the detail of the sculpture or cake topper. For simple orders, it typically takes Daryl 5-7 days to complete the order.
Can I get a discount for multiple cake toppers or decorations?
Depending on the cake topper or decoration, we do offer discounts if you order multiple. The best way to find out if you qualify for a discount is to contact us.
What is antique black?
Antique black is the natural color of the cake toppers and sculptures we make. It is a dark gray color with hints of copper.
Can I paint my cake topper?
Yes. We recommend acrylic paint. You can also use spray paint. We like the metallic spray paints.
Can I return my order?
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, you are welcome to return it. Please be aware that we won’t cover the return shipping costs unless the product was damaged in shipping.
What is the processing time for orders?
For a single cake topper, the processing time is usually 3-5 days.
